Every print is made to order, checked before packing, and shipped in rigid protective packaging.

If Something Is Wrong

If your print arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email hi@abiassi.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the print and packaging.

How It Is Made Right

Depending on the issue, the print will be repaired, reprinted, or refunded. There is no return-shipping cost when the print is defective, incorrect, or damaged in transit.

What This Covers

This promise covers production defects, incorrect orders, and transit damage. It does not cover damage after delivery caused by handling, mounting, framing, moisture, or prolonged direct sunlight.
