Shipping, Returns & Refunds

1. Production

Everything is made to order. Production typically takes 3–5 business days. Significant delays will be communicated.

2. Shipping

• Within Portugal: 1–3 business days after production
• Packaging: Rigid protective materials. Fine-art prints need protection.
• Tracking: Provided when available
• Cost: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

Not responsible for carrier delays or customs issues. Double-check shipping address before checkout.

3. Damage & Issues

If your print arrives damaged or incorrect, email hi@abiassi.com within 14 days. Include photos and order number. A replacement or refund will be provided.

4. Returns

Made-to-order prints are exempt from the EU 14-day withdrawal right (DL 24/2014, Art. 17º). This doesn't affect your rights for defective products or damage in transit.

For valid returns (like defects or agreed cases):

• Return items unused in original packaging with proof of purchase
• Customer covers return shipping unless issue was caused by seller
• Use tracked/insured shipping

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed to original payment method after inspection (or damage/defect confirmation when return is not needed). Processing time varies by payment provider.

6. Non-Returnable

• Personalized or made-to-order prints (unless defective)
• Items returned used, damaged, or missing packaging (unless due to transit/defect)

7. When Ownership Transfers

Title transfers when you've paid in full. Risk transfers when the print is delivered.
