2. What You're Buying

Fine-art photographic prints. Made to order. Most prints are part of limited editions with signature and numbering (like "Run 01, 1/100"). When an edition sells out, it will not be reprinted.

3. Pricing

All prices are in EUR and include VAT. Prices can change anytime, but you pay what's shown at checkout.

4. Payment

Accepted payment methods: MB WAY and Google Pay (via EuPago). Orders process after payment confirmation.

5. Order Confirmation

Order status is shown after checkout. Orders may be cancelled if: the print is unavailable, payment fails, suspicious activity is detected, or pricing was incorrect.

6. Production & Delivery

Production takes 3–5 business days. Delivery time starts after production. Delays will be communicated.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU)

EU customers normally have 14 days to change their mind. But these prints are made to order, which means that right doesn't apply here (per DL 24/2014, Art. 17º). If something arrives damaged or defective, different rules apply—see below.

8. Damaged or Defective Prints

If your print arrives damaged or defective, email hi@abiassi.com within 14 days. Include photos and order number. A replacement or refund will be provided.

9. Returns & Refunds

For valid returns (confirmed defects), items must be in original condition. Refunds will be processed to original payment method after inspection.

10. Intellectual Property

All photographs and content are copyrighted. Don't reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

11. Liability

Liability for indirect or consequential losses is excluded, except where required by law.
